Facilities
Our property has been purpose-designed to meet the needs of high-performance horses and riders. Every detail reflects a commitment to safety, comfort and top level training outcomes. We continuously upgrade and add to our current facilities to ensure we are always providing a safe, reliable and high-quality environment.
-
60 × 20m Grass Dressage Arena with event style entry and surrounding letters to train in the same conditions as a competition.
-
Purpose built 60 × 20m dressage arena with GQ Equine Menage Sand offering a safe riding surface no matter the weather.

-
Large grass Showjumping arena with a full set of EA/FEI regulation size and weight showjumps. The course is changed regularly to focus on different training aspects and offer variety.
-
A 18m all-weather round yard provides enough space to ride young horses confidently whilst having the safety of a smaller, fully fenced and rubber lined area.
-
A large ten acre paddock dedicated to cross country schooling. We are continuously adding different features and moving our portables around to maximise the training potential here. Features include a start box, skinnies, banks, ditches, water, related lines and more. Ranging from 45cm - 1*.
-
Surrounding the property is a 4m wide grass laneway which can be used for safe warm up/cool down, light fitness work or secure on property hacking. The property also boarders miles of quiet roads for safe and peaceful riding out and is only a short drive to state forests for endless riding out and hill work.
-
We have a selection of yards available for use, from 4×4m day yards through to small turnout paddocks for horses needing vet care, quarantine or a diet paddock.
-
Secure and safe wash bay and tie-up areas offering both cross-ties and post-tie, hot and cold wash bay and a solarium.
-
All paddocks have safe, horse-friendly fencing with shelters planned for late 2026. We offer both group and private paddocks. Each paddock has its own isolated water trough which is regularly cleaned and we follow a worming and paddock rotation program to minimise any infection risk.
-
Secure individual tack areas for each agistee, feed and hay storage and kitchenette with water, tea, coffee and carrots provided to ensure a seamless experience for both horses and riders.
-
Since many riders are also fellow dog lovers, we have a small, off-lead and fully fenced yard dedicated just for them. Go for a ride then take your canine friend for a swim in the dam afterwards!
